The course is organized around topics such as:

  • General Concepts of Law: Concept of law, rule of law, ethics, etiquette.
  • Sources of law. Division and discrimination of the law.
  • General Principles of Civil Law: Persons (Natural, Legal) Rights, Jurisdiction, Representation - Power of Attorney, Limitation and Liability
  • General Introduction to Collective Law: Special Contracts. Sale and exchange. Employment contracts. Leasing agreement. Loan, etc
  • Property Law: Property right. Ownership. Jobs. Liability.

Educational Aims

The primary objective of the course is to introduce students to the basic principles, concepts and practices of Civil Law (Public and Private).

It seeks to consolidate the provisions relating to the legal and contractual relations governing the civil law relations of the members of a society.

Student Evaluation

Final Written Exam.
