Commercial Act, Merchant, Industrial Property, Commercial Enterprises {Private Companies - General Partnership., Limited partnership, Open or joint venture, Agricultural Cooperative Organization, Urban Cooperative- Capital Companies, Societe Anonyme (SA), Limited Liability Company (LLC), Securities, Insurance law, Bankruptcy law, Maritime law, Aviation law.
Educational Aims
The main purpose of the course is to introduce students to the basic principles, concepts and practices of Commercial Law.
It aims at consolidating the provisions relating to legal relations relating to the conduct of trade and governing commercial activity.
